Tony Carroll Butcher was established in March 1997, supplying beef, pork, lamb, bacon, poultry and a variety of award-winning homemade sausages and puddings. All beef products are from our own Bord Bia assured farm, local farmers and food producers. We also cater to people who wish to have their own animals prepared for the deep freeze.
Being passionate about food, together with his son Brian, they manage the quality of all produce from farm to gate right through to your plate.
